Thank you. The steam whistle always entices us because we know how good the fried plantains are. Cholesterol city with the condensed milk they pour on top, but oh so good.
Well, you don’t have to have it every day so it can’t hurt. Nice treat once in a while.

Darlene, this is so sweet. There is something about the picture that speaks to me. Perhaps it’s the way the man readied himself to serve as well as his fatherly touch, or the girl and the way she was waiting for the goody.
